Strata Quickstart Guide

Get Strata up and running on your local machine in under 5 minutes. Select your operating system below:

Windows 10 / 11 Installation

Recommended for NVIDIA RTX 30/40/50 series GPUs

Strata provides a turnkey Windows launcher that bundles isolated dependencies, avoiding conflicts with system Python installations.

Step 1: Clone or Download Repository

git clone https://github.com/Niko1221/Strata.git
cd Strata

Step 2: Run the One-Click Launcher

Double-click START-HERE.bat in File Explorer, or execute it from PowerShell:

.\START-HERE.bat

What the script automatically executes:

Detects CUDA compute architecture (sm_80, sm_86, sm_89, sm_90)
Installs PyTorch and specialized sparse-attention kernels
Downloads default quantized Qwen3.8-Flash-Next 125B weights from HuggingFace mirror
Initializes local Web UI at http://localhost:8080

Automated Installation Script

chmod +x setup.sh
./setup.sh --model qwen3.8-125b-q4

Run as Background Systemd Service

./setup.sh --install-service
sudo systemctl status strata-engine
